2010 National Convention The 2010 National Convention was hosted by Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. They took us to an amazing variety of facilities and allowed all of our members to get an inside look at some exciting aspects of the equine industry. The long list of visits included: The Versatility Ranch Worlds Horse Show, Budweiser Clydesdale Training Facility, Royal Vista Equine Breeding Facility, the CSU Equine Veterinary Facilities, Hearts for Horses, the Big Thunder Draft Horse Show and more! Colorado State University did an incredible job; and everyone who was able to attend walked away with new knowlege, new experiences, and new friends. The ACHA can't wait for what the next convention has in store.

2009 National Convention The 2009 Convention was hosted by Penn State. The ACHA visited University of Pennsylvania's New Bolton Center where Barbaro, the famous injured 2006 Kentucky Derby Winner, was treated using cutting edge technology. We toured Hanover Shoe Farms, North America's leading Standardbred breeding farm. Also, don't forget the private tour of Penn National Race Course where we saw the drug testing facility, walked the track, and saw the races!
